The rotary industrial water filter is suitable for filtering impurities such as household waste, industrial waste, floating grass, fish and shrimp, snails, etc. in water supply pipelines of thermal power plants, hydropower stations, steel, metallurgy, chemical and other enterprises.
Industrial rotary industrial water filters are a series of products developed by our company based on the deficiencies found in the operation of industrial water filters produced domestically. It has a large flow area, high filtration degree, strong drainage effect, and convenient disassembly and replacement of the mesh core. This product is designed to operate in two modes: manual water filter and fully automatic water filter, making it easy for users to switch between them during operation. According to the long-term operating conditions of some power plant users, the industrial (electric, manual) water filters automatically discharge pollutants during operation to ensure smooth flow of the filter network, enabling the entire water system to operate continuously, stably, and reliably for a long time.

Introduction to Industrial Water Filters (Electric, Manual)
The components of the fully automatic industrial water filter include: shell body, upper and lower heads, sewage pipe, inlet and outlet, sewage outlet, air release outlet, water discharge outlet, reducer transmission motor, electric sewage valve, differential pressure transmitter, control cabinet, etc.
Rotary industrial water filter -:
1. High filtration control degree: adopting a design method of fixed mesh core and rotating sealed sewage pipe, avoiding the "loose" fitting gap caused by mesh core rotation, effectively maintaining a filtration degree of less than 1mm.
2. Large flow area of the filter screen: The corrugated filter screen layout is adopted to reduce the flow area per unit space.
3. Energy saving effect: When using a medium flow filter, the pressure loss is reduced due to the large flow surface of the filter, which can improve the efficiency of the water pump and achieve energy-saving effect.
4. Strong sewage discharge capacity: The sewage pipeline of the industrial water filter is a flow type, vertically leading to the sewage valve, and its sewage channel corresponds to a wave shaped filter unit for sewage discharge, which has a larger differential pressure than other industrial water filters. Therefore, it can form strong clean water to wash the dirt on the filter network. At the same time, a floating object collection hole is added at the upper end of the sewage arm, making the sewage discharge smooth. 5. Small external dimensions of industrial water filters: The mesh core of industrial water filters adopts a ripple type, and the increase in flow area per unit volume reduces the external dimensions of the water filter.
6. Easy installation and layout: The inlet and outlet pipes of the industrial water filter are at the same level, making it easy to install and arrange on site.
7. Flexible rotation of the deceleration device: The industrial water filter is designed with a good guiding device, which reduces the eccentricity, low torque, and smooth operation of the main shaft of the water filter, reducing the failure rate of the reducer.
8. Has a certain sedimentation function: The inlet water directly enters the central part of the industrial water filter. The upper end of the central part is a filter screen, and the lower head is a sedimentation tank. It can be cleaned through the bottom outlet.
Operation mode of industrial water filters (electric, manual)
The operation modes of fully automatic industrial water filters include pressure difference control, timing control, remote command control, and local manual control.
1. Pressure difference control method: The inlet and outlet sides of the water filter are equipped with a pressure difference transmitter (or pressure difference switch), and users can set the high fixed value (0.02-0.1Mpa) of the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet sides of the water filter according to the working conditions of the filtering medium. When the pressure difference exceeds the set value, the programmable controller issues an operation command, the electric device and the electric drain valve act, and the water filter begins to program and clean the drain. When the pressure difference between the programmed cleaning and the rear reaches positive, the programmable controller sends a stop command, and the electric device and electric drain valve close. Repeatedly operate the water filter - now manned and automatically operated. The parameter settings and data display can be achieved through text display.
2. Timed automatic cleaning and sewage discharge: Users can set a timed cleaning and sewage discharge according to the filter medium settings (such as 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 120 minutes, time can be set arbitrarily), and set the cleaning and sewage process time (the cleaning and sewage process time can be set to 40 seconds to 120 seconds or any length). When the timer reaches the set time, the programmable controller sends out a running command, and the electric device and electric drain valve act to clean and drain the water filter. Programmable cleaning - After the programmable controller sends a stop command, the electric device and electric drain valve close. Repeatedly operate the water filter - now manned and automatically operated.
3. Remote command control for cleaning and discharging: The control cabinet is equipped with a remote control interface, and the operator can remotely control the operation or stop of the cleaning and discharging of the water filter in the central control room.
4. Manual cleaning and sewage discharge: Use the operation button on the operation panel to manually start and control the operation of the water filter for cleaning, sewage discharge, and shutdown.
5. Manual mechanical rotation cleaning and sewage discharge: Fully manually operate the cleaning and sewage discharge, using the manual operation handle on the electric device and electric sewage valve for operation.

The industrial water filter (electric type, manual type) is a backwash type water filter, which can be used in various industries such as power plants, chemical industry, printing and dyeing, papermaking, etc. The industrial water filter can filter impurities in the water. The principle of the backwash type water filter is as follows:;
1: Small in size, convenient for on-site layout and installation.
2: The inlet and outlet of the water filter are divided into upper and lower parts, which not only avoids the direct impact of water pressure on the filter screen, but also changes the situation when the filter screen is filtered. Due to the distance of debris from the discharge outlet, several filter rooms need to be cleaned one by one during discharge, which often leads to blockage.
3: The material and structure of the mesh plate - maximize the flow area of the water, reduce the water resistance of the filter, ensure reliable operation without jamming, blockage, or blockage, and greatly extend the filter screen.
4: The filter screen is formed by integral stamping of 2-8mm stainless steel plate, and the mesh core can withstand a differential pressure of 150 kPa without deformation or damage. Capable of working long, corrosive, non rusting, smooth surface, and non scaling.
5: The electric device has a slow speed, smooth operation, and can perform forward and reverse rotation. Through the differential pressure controller, the reducer can be automatically started at a fixed time for forward and reverse flushing, with strong cleaning effect and low water consumption for sewage discharge.
The water filter consists of a rotating shaft system, inlet and outlet ports, bracket housing, mesh core system, electric reducer, sewage outlet, electrical cabinet, etc.
The components of the fully automatic industrial water filter include: shell body, upper and lower heads, sewage pipe, inlet and outlet, sewage outlet, air release outlet, water discharge outlet, reducer transmission motor, electric sewage valve, differential pressure transmitter, control cabinet, etc.

·When discharging, the drainage volume is small and does not affect the normal operation of the water filter.
·The filter screen adopts a stainless steel wedge structure, and the filter hole is V-shaped, making it easy for particles with a diameter close to the filter hole to pass through. It has strong flow capacity, is not easy to get stuck, has small pressure loss, and does not stick to the screen during long-term operation.
·The filtering element consists of several cylindrical filters arranged along the circumference of the cylinder, which are filtered around the cylinder. Compared with the internal and external double-layer filter used in power plants, the filter has a larger filtering area, higher filtration rate, and can be made smaller in volume, making it easy to install and maintain.
·The filter adopts a two filter and a sewage discharge machine. The built-in trash rack of the filter can trap larger dirt such as branches, foam and water plants, and discharge them from the upper drain valve. The remaining small particles are discharged through the lower discharge valve through backwashing. In addition, double-edged strong scissors can be added according to user requirements to cut large dirt into pieces and discharge it through the upper drain valve.
·When repairing and cleaning, a lifting device is needed. Simply loosen the screw on the upper end of the water filter to manually lift the reducer down and remove the filter for cleaning, making maintenance convenient
·-The current recoil reducer is produced by De Transmission Equipment Co., Ltd., horizontally installed, compact, with high output torque, high motor protection, and long service life.
·Two drain valves use electric valves.
·The electrical control adopts PLC programming control.
Working principle of industrial water filters:
In the pipeline of the water supply system, secondary filters are used for treatment. But the treated water quality still contains some small volume impurities, such as small particulate suspended solids, snails, etc. When they gather to a certain extent in the water supply system but are not cleared, it will lead to a decrease in the flow area, ultimately leading to blockage and sometimes causing varying degrees of accidents; A major threat to safe operation. So it is necessary to install secondary filters on pipelines with larger diameters and industrial water filters on pipelines with smaller diameters.
FZLQ series full-automatic backwash water filters are made by reference to German, Israeli and other similar technologies and combined with the international situation of our hydropower station. The adoption of the two sewage discharge and upper cavity water inflow technologies can cause the blockage and mesh sticking of the water filter due to plastic foam, branches, aquatic plants and other floating objects; And the lower inlet method is prone to flushing sediment into the inner chamber of the filter, resulting in a decrease in filtration efficiency, frequent screen sticking, and shortened continuous working time. In terms of electrical control methods, conventional logic control is eliminated and PLC programmable control is adopted to achieve the functions of water filter in filtration, automatic cleaning, and separation and discharge.
The fully automatic self-cleaning water filter can continuously filter river water and river water into clean water suitable for use by hydropower equipment, ensuring long-term safe and reliable operation of hydropower equipment. It surpasses similar products both domestically and internationally in terms of design, manufacturing technology, and application capabilities.
The FZLQ-M-A fully automatic self-cleaning water filter is composed of the filter body, self-cleaning machine, secondary sewage system, and PLC control box. There is a trash rack plate 3 between the inlet and outlet of the water filter, and there are several openings on the trash rack plate Φ A through-hole of 20-50mm (this hole serves as a fence, and the aperture can be determined according to the water quality of the watershed where the hydropower station is located), and the filtration degree of the water filter ranges from 6mm to 0.01mm, which can be designed and manufactured according to different user requirements.
During operation, the natural river water and river water enter from the water inlet of the upper chamber of the water filter, and the plastic foam, tree branches, water plants and particles with a diameter larger than the diameter of the diaphragm rail trash rack are left in the upper chamber of the water filter and discharged from the upper drain valve. The relatively clean water flows through the guide pipe to the lower chamber. After the water reaches the lower chamber, some sand particles can settle in the bottom sedimentation chamber, and the sand particles can be discharged through the flushing and sediment outlet. The water in the lower chamber flows into the V-shaped wedge-shaped stainless steel filter pipe through the hole in the lower partition, and the filtered clean water flows out from the outlet between the water filters.
When the water filter is in operation, the pressure loss is very small, and floating debris is discharged from the upper sewage outlet at a fixed time; When debris accumulates on the surface of the filter screen, a pressure difference is generated at the inlet and outlet of the water filter. When the pressure difference reaches the self kickback setting value, the differential pressure switch is activated, and the electric deceleration device 1 and the upper and lower electric sewage valves are powered on. The sewage valve is connected to the atmosphere, and the filtered water backwashes the filter screen under the differential pressure, flushing out the dirt attached to the filter screen, and the dirt is discharged by the lower chamber sewage valve. When discharging, the upper and lower discharge valves cannot be operated simultaneously, and the lower discharge electric valve can be activated.
The automatic water filter with a small mouth below DN100 adopts a single filtration structure, which eliminates the upper discharge function. The working principle of other components is the same as that of a double discharge structure.
The control of the water filter is achieved through a PLC control box, which has the following functions:
·Timed cleaning: Users can set the scheduled cleaning time within 0-72 hours (default of 6 hours) according to the operating conditions. When the set time is reached, the electric device starts, the sewage valve opens, and the water filter is used for cleaning and discharging.
·Differential pressure cleaning: Users can set the differential pressure value for differential pressure cleaning according to their own requirements. When the differential pressure value at the inlet and outlet of the water filter is high
When the set value is reached, the water filter will perform cleaning and sewage discharge conditions.
·On site manual cleaning: There is a manual cleaning button on the control box, and when pressed, the water filter will start manual cleaning and sewage discharge.
·Self function: The control box also has functions such as high differential pressure alarm, motor fault alarm, and drain valve fault alarm.
